Open letter to Ms Katarzyna Pawluśkiewicz

At the end of August, the Turbacz Hostel will be decorated with a collection of Podhale Animale, which I am the indisputable co-author of.

Pride and joy? Yes. By the time co-author Kate Tiffany Pawluśkiewicz decided to appropriate exclusively the design and brand that we had worked on in my studio for almost half a year.

Let me publicly protest, admonish and remind Ms Katarzyna Pawluśkiewicz of how it really was.
The list of evidence confirming that I am a co-author is quite long. I have full film and photographic documentation, several articles and an archival documentary programme of TVP Krakow. In addition, bills and sales invoices from the Podhale Animale collection from two years ago, written by me. Below is, among others, an interview for Ania Grudna for her college in London. I recommend the fragment from 1'46" (especially you, Ms Kasia). Hundreds of witnesses present at our vernissage in MOK and at the opening of our Pop Up Gallery Podhale Animale in the town center are also not insignificant. I wonder, therefore, what motivated Ms Pawluśkiewicz to this rather hopeless move. Fortunately, the copyright law clearly indicates which side is right. We did not sign any copyright transfer agreement.

Dear Katarzyna! You very frequently emphasize how much you feel connected with our region and the so-called "People of the Mountains". I need to make you aware of one important thing: the Highlanders of Podhale are very honorable people. Extremely sensitive to falsehood and lies. What I mean is that such a maneuver here in Podhale will not go unnoticed ...
I hope you think about it again. I also hope that the collection installed under the Turbacz Hostel will be properly signed.
If not, the case will find its finale in court. And I have no doubt that justice will be on my side.
